Fotis is a gorgeous boy that was found in Greece after he ‘annoyed’ the neighbors in the area with his affection and asking for love. He was brought inside and made his way all the way to Belgium! He had trouble settling into his new foster homes but with patience and love he has opened up to his normal happy boy! His favorite thing to do is to look at the window so he would love a family that gives him a cat tree fit for a King next to a window! He also loves to get belly rubs and chirp like a bird.
