Kelsios is a handsome man that was rescued from a bad hotel where he was starving. He was so skinny when he was rescued, with a collar tight around his neck. He came to his new rescuers house and became best friends with Sissy, his foster sister. Kelsios is shy at the beginning and still learning that not all humans are bad so he needs a family that is understanding and willing to give him patience and love. Sissy gives him confidence though! No he is a sweet and playful boy that loves to lounge in the yard or play with his friends.
Kelsios and his foster sister Sissy have been through a lot and would love to find a home together, but they can also be adopted separately.
