Titer Test Program

Any animal coming from a non-EU or a high rabies country is required to have a rabies titer test to ensure that they are not carrying rabies. Unfortunately, it is these countries that have the most animals in need. These tests are very expensive and also require a 3 month wait, so funds for this program will go towards the testing and the housing of animals until they are ready to come home.
